The Lujiazui Riverside Center is located on the banks of the Huangpu River in Pudong, Shanghai, adjacent to the Riverside Avenue. It is a super Grade-A office cluster jointly developed by China Resources Land and Shanghai Real Estate Group. The project has a total construction area of approximately 204,000 square meters and consists of 8 modern, low-density standalone office buildings. The architectural complex is arranged parallel to the riverfront in a staggered layout, reshaping the riverside skyline. Its architectural design was led by the internationally renowned firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), featuring a distinctive unitized decorative grid frame on the façade, creating a highly recognizable visual identity. The project is positioned as a fintech industry park within Lujiazui Financial City, incorporating innovation platform resources such as Plug and Play China, with the aim of building an international fintech ecosystem. Benefiting from its prime riverfront views, garden-style office environment, and comprehensive commercial amenities, the project has attracted numerous headquarters-type enterprises and financial institutions.
